I want people to be able to see the muscles that I have built. I know that there is a layer of fat preventing me from showing off my great muscles, and I honestly just do not want to have to deal with that. I have been to the local store each day of the week this week in order to try and get the normal foods that make up my low calorie diet but due to the bad weather that we have been having they have got little in stock in the way of fresh foods as the main deliveries have not been able to make it out our way. You can understand as we do live in a rather remote area out in the local countryside and of course when there is so much snow like this there are no fresh produce from local farms because it is not the season to grow it. I like my low calorie foods and one of my favorite is lettuce as there are very few calories in lettuce.
