If you have a company that is just starting out, you will want to make sure that the right management concepts are employed in the company so that the company has a good foundation to build upon. If you don’t have a good foundation of concepts and skills in management to build upon, then you will find that eventually when your company is further along, there will be some sort of hiccup that will cause a breakdown in communication and management concepts.
